Hi Tomlin, really impressed with how the web sight has developed over the year or so I have been with you. Loving all the lessons and still hoping to make it to edinbugh for July pwrkshop.
Aw thanks Mike! Hopefully see you in July 🙂
Hi Tomlin,
I Love your lessons, and try to practice as often as you say. But I am struggling with differentiating the draw bend to the straight draw! Is it one continuous draw from the bend to the straight draw? Do you have a lesson for this? Lick 2 in this lesson is what I’m taking about. Thanks a bunch for all your lessons and YouTube videos!
Hi Gary,
Thank you for your kind words.
A bent note is an entirely different note from the un-bent note. You have two ways that you can play a bend.
1) you can play the clean note and then bend it down to the bent note
2) you can hit the bent note straight on without starting from the clean note
I hope that helps?
Best wishes,
Tomlin
