Hello and welcome to this week’s lesson, where I will be showing you how to play Happy Birthday in 1st position in the upper octave.
You will need a harmonica in the key of C, and we will be playing in 1st position in the key of C.
This is a nice easy tune for a beginner harmonica player to learn. However, be careful about hitting those high notes. They require less air pressure than the lower notes.
The other thing that you need to practice is jumping between holes that are not adjacent to each other accurately.
Thank you so much for taking part in this lesson. I hope it was useful for you. If you enjoyed it please feel free to share it with your friends on Facebook and/or Twitter.
See you next Wednesday for the next harmonica lesson!
