Hi Tomlin, just want to say this is a smashing lesson. Very thorough and love the way you have broken down the licks on soundcloud. I’ve got this tune down but the one thing that I really struggle with is getting a sweet smooth throat vibrato. You touched on this topic there in your lesson when you were going through lick 3. My throat vibrato is fast and shallow but i want it slow and deep! For me this ability always distinguishes a good harp player from a great one. Have you any tips on how to improve this technique? Or have you got or could you do a video lesson on this subject?
Cheers
Hi Ian – glad you like the lesson. I will be doing a lesson on vibrato. In the mean time check out Konstantin Reinfeld –
That’s great. Thanks!
Love this tune – especially since I’m from Chicago 🙂
As always…great breakdown Tomlin.
Cant’ work to be able to play this live and in tempo.
Your video’s are great help.
Thank you
Joe
Hi!
Can’t seem to get the tabs, glitch? I’m using Chrome on Win7 and registered with hotmail. Tried like twenty times but all I get is a registration e-mail which I read and followed the instructions but no tab 🙁
Your site seems great otherwise
