Harmonica Play Along: Bye Bye Bird + free harp tab

Nov 8, 2015 | Harp Tabs, Intermediate Harmonica Lessons

Hello, today’s harmonica play along is Bye Bye Bird.

You will need a harmonica in the key of C. We are playing in 2nd position in the key of G this week. Sonny Boy Williamson played this on an extended range harmonica so if you listen to his version of it, it will be an octave lower.

Harmonica tab on screen

The tab will be up on screen and I will play it at full speed with a metronome and then at a slower tempo. The slow version starts at around 33s.

Still struggling?

If you are struggling with this then you should check out my lesson on how to play it here – http://tomlinharmonicalessons.com/how-to-play-bye-bye-bird-on-c-harmonica/
